All eyes on Harvard-Dartmouth

by Ryan Fay

There figures to be a lot of eyes from Schenectady on today's pivotal game three between Harvard and Dartmouth.

The outcome of the game effects who Union will host next weekend. If Dartmouth wins, they will be coming to Messa Rink. If Harvard wins, St. Lawrence will be. The Saints swept Colgate following a 4-1 win Saturday night.

The Big Green forced the decisive game three with a 4-1 win of their own on Saturday.

Game three is scheduled for 5 PM.

On the year, Union is 0-1-1 vs Dartmouth. The Dutchmen lost, 4-3, at Dartmouth on Nov. 10 while the two teams skated to a 2-2 tie in Schenectady on Feb. 1.

Union lost, 4-1, at St. Lawrence on Feb. 9 but beat the Saints, 5-1, at Messa Rink on Mar. 1. St. Lawrence star Kyle Flanagan (15 g, 41 a, 33 gm) missed the second game following an appendectomy but has since returned.

In other Saturday action, Cornell swept Princeton with a 4-2 victory, and Brown swept Clarkson after a 4-3 triumph.
