by Ryan Fay

Another former Union men's hockey player is taking his game to France.

Julseth-White
Defenseman Nolan Julseth-White signed with Angers of the French Elite League for the 2015-16 season on Tuesday.

He spent last season with the ECHL's Ontario Reign, where he had three goals and 22 assists in 71 contests. The 27-year-old had previous stops with the ECHL's Las Vegas Wranglers as well as cups of coffee with the AHL's Providence Bruins and San Antonio Rampage.

France has become a popular destination for Union products of late. Forward Kyle Bodie (Morzine-Avoriaz), defenseman Greg Coburn (Amiens) and defenseman Shawn Stuart (Amiens) all spent time playing in the French Elite League this season. Forward Kevin Sullivan will play in the circuit next season with Strasbourg.

Julseth-White had 18 assists in 100 career games with Union from 2008-12. He served as team captain during the 2011-12 campaign.
