Loose Change/Stray Observations:
- The personnel remains largely unchanged except for Trevor Mingoia, who takes Max Novak's spot in the forward contigent. Charlie Vasaturo and Taylor Reid take the spots of Greg Coburn and Ryan Forgaard on the blueline.
- Kevin Sullivan moves up to the new look Kyle Bodie line, who centers him and Trevor Mingoia.
- As such, the regular Carr-Welsh-Jooris line is reunited. They saw time together during the game last night and were instantly visible on the ice.
- Coach Bennett must have liked the way his fourth line played last night: with intensity and grit. Cole Ikkala, Mark Bennett and Sam Coatta stay together.
- Dartmouth dresses seven defenseman, meaning we'll see some doubleshifting here or interesting line combinations.
- Backup Dartmouth goalie Cab Morris has one of the best helmets we've seen: it has a racing stripe down the middle with a picture of a green (the color of Dartmouth)
stock cartaxi cab (duh, that's his name) on the side. Also, he has a license plate on the back -- a New Hampshire license plate nonetheless -- that says "Big Green." Cool stuff. - We've been having fun with names lately on the blog: don't confuse The Big Green's captain with the Stanley-Cup winning coach of the same name.
