by Ryan Fay

Former Union forward Josh Jooris made history on Sunday.

Jooris became the first former Union player to have a multi-goal game in the NHL. He accomplished the feat by scoring two goals in the Calgary Flames' 6-2 win over the Montreal Canadiens.

He registered the game’s first goal at 4:58 of the first period before adding a power-play tally at 8:48 of the third.

Jooris was named the game's first star.

In six games with the Flames, Jooris has three goals and an assist.
