The Union College men's hockey staff welcomed two new faces on Tuesday.
Horn (l) and Greenwald (r) |
Horn spent last season as an assistant coach at Hamilton College. Prior to Hamilton, he was an assistant coach for American Collegiate Hockey Association teams at Oakland University, the University of Massachusetts and Michigan State University. The Lansing, Mich. native attended Culver Academy before moving on to Michigan State, where he graduated with a B.A. in marketing in 2006. Horn replaces Aaron Bogosian, who left earlier this offseason to pursue other interests.
Greenwald spent the last three years with the ECHL's Utah Grizzlies, serving as the club's director of hockey operations and video coordinator. In 2012, he earned a B.A. in sports management from Michigan, where he spent four years assisting the Wolverine hockey team. The native of North Bellmore, N.Y. replaces Zach Longo, who departed to become a video coach for the American Hockey League's Ontario Reign.
