The 18-year-old Clifton Park native finished last Saturday's game against Green Bay with a record +7 rating. It marked the highest single game plus/minus rating for a player in USHL Tier 1 era history, which dates back to 2002.

In the record setting game, Dubuque routed Green Bay, 8-2. Taylor, who also picked up an assist in the game, was on the ice for seven of the eight goals. Overall, his +25 rating ranks third in the USHL this year. In 27 games, he has two goals and 11 assists.
