Emerance Maschmyer made 18 saves to record her second shutout of the season, lifting Harvard to a 3-0 win over Union in ECAC play Saturday at Messa Rink.
The shutout marked the first time Union (1-1-0 ECAC, 4-6-0 overall) was blanked this season.
The seventh-ranked Crimson (3-1-0, 3-1-0) got on the board when Marissa Gedman deflected a shot past Union goaltender Shenae Lundberg at 2:45 of the first period. Miye D'Oench padded Harvard's lead with two goals in a span of 2:07 early in the second period.
Lundberg finished with 22 saves in the losing effort.
The Dutchwomen will look to rebound next Friday at Colgate (0-4-0, 2-8-0). Gametime is 7 p.m.
