Union beat Boston College 5-1 in the 2013 East Regional semifinals.
If the Dutchmen want to advance to this year's national championship game, they will have to beat the Eagles once again.
Union and Boston College will meet in the Frozen Four semifinals April 10 at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia. Game time is 5 p.m ET.The winner advances to the national championship game April 12 against either North Dakota and Minnesota.
Boston College (28-7-4) punched its ticket to the semifinals after beating UMass-Lowell 4-3 in the Northeast Regional final Sunday in Worcester. Eagles defenseman Ian McCoshen potted the game-winning goal with 8:44 remaining in the third period.
Union (30-6-4) secured its spot in the semifinals after skating past Providence 3-1 in the East Regional final Saturday in Bridgeport.
BC and Union have three of the top 10 finalists for this year's Hobey Baker Award: BC forwards Johnny Gaudreau (35-40--75) and Kevin Hayes (26-34--60), and Union defenseman Shayne Gostisbehere (8-21--29).
The meeting in last year's East Regional semifinal is the only previous meeting between the two schools.
