Scarfo in Blue Jackets development camp

Union forward Ryan Scarfo will take part in the Columbus Blue Jackets prospect development camp as a free agent invite, it was announced Monday.

Scarfo had a strong freshman year for Union last season, appearing in all 39 games while collecting 11 goals and 8 assists. His 11 goals were tied for second most among ECAC Hockey freshmen, and his 19 points were fourth most. He also proved to be a weapon in the faceoff circle, ranking third among ECACH freshmen with 199 faceoff wins.

The Blue Jackets' camp runs from June 29-July 2 at the OhioHealth Ice Haus, the club’s official practice facility at Nationwide Arena.
