Former Union defenseman Nolan Julseth-White signed with the ECHL's Ontario Reign for the 2014-2015 season, the team announced Monday.

Julseth-White spent the majority of the past two seasons with the ECHL's Las Vegas Wranglers, recording five goals and 27 assists in 124 games. He was one the team's alternate captains last season.

"Nolan was someone we had to be aware of whenever we faced the Wranglers," Reign head coach and director of hockey operations Jason Christie said. "Every time you talk about opposing top players to key in on, he was a guy who was part of the conversation."

In addition to his time with the Wranglers, Julseth-White also had cups of coffee with the AHL's Providence Bruins and San Antonio Rampage during the 2012-2013 season.

The 26-year-old had 18 assists in 100 games for Union from 2008-2012. He served as the Dutchmen's captain during the 2011-12 season.
