The Union women's hockey team announced its incoming recruiting class on Wednesday.

The six-player group consists of goaltender Leah Patrick, forward/defenseman Jacyn Reeves, defenseman Sloan Sullivan, goaltender Melissa Black, defenseman Arianna Kosakowski and forward/defenseman Kelli Mackey.

Patrick
Patrick backstopped Hill-Murray to the last two Minnesota state championships. During her senior year, she was a top-five finalist for Minnesota's Senior Goalie of the Year award after going 22-2-1 with a 1.25 goals-against average and seven shutouts. As a junior, Patrick posted a 22-5 record with a 1.37 GAA and eight shutouts.

Reeves starred at Wisconsin's Onalaska High School, where she racked up 125 goals and 67 assists in 107 career games. More than just a scorer, the speedy Reeves was named the Defensive Player of the Year this season and was a First Team All-State Defense selection the past two years. She also skated with Team Wisconsin the past three seasons, including a 16 goal, nine assist campaign this year.

Sullivan led the University School of Milwaukee to the Wisconsin state title this season. Along the way, she picked up First Team All-State, First Team All-Conference, First Team All-State Tournament and State Tournament MVP honors. She also piled up 14 goals and nine assists in 44 contests with Team Wisconsin this season.

Black appeared in 21 games with the Provincial Women's Hockey League's Aurora Jr. Panthers this season. The athletic netminder posted a 9-10-1 record with a 1.70 GAA, a .945 save percentage and five shutouts.

Kosakowski skated for The Winchendon School, where she had 14 goals and 30 assists in 44 career games. A playmaker on defense with good vision, she also spent time with the Assabet Valley club hockey team.

Mackey, a versatile defender with a keen hockey sense, had a team-best 33 points (17 goals, 16 assists) this season with Phillips Academy Andover of the New England Preparatory School Athletic Council.

The six will begin their collegiate careers on Sept. 25-26 when the Dutchwomen open the season with a two-game set at Minnesota State-Mankato.
