LeNeave, who's listed at 6-foot-3 and 200 pounds, has four goals and nine assists in 48 games with the Canadians this season.
The 19-year-old spent the previous three years in his hometown playing with Orono (MN) High School, where he had 18 goals and 28 assists in 82 career games.
"Will is an elite skater who uses his size and speed to his advantage," Canadians head coach Jason Clarke said in a release. "His work ethic on and off the ice is what has allowed him to develop at such a quick pace."
