Former Union standout Kyle Bodie has taken his game overseas.
Bodie signed Friday with Pingouins de Morzine-Avoriaz in France's Ligue Mangus. The forward made his debut with the team during Saturday's 3-1 loss to Les Rapaces de Gap, but was held off the scoresheet.

The 26-year-old had been unsigned since getting released by the ECHL's Reading Royals during the team's training camp in October.
Bodie played with four different teams in the ECHL last season. He had six goals and 10 assists in 57 combined games with Cincinnati, San Francisco, South Carolina and Toledo.
Bodie is the third former Union player currently playing in the Ligue Mangus. Two of his former Union teammates, defensemen Greg Coburn and Shawn Stuart, are teammates on HC Amiens Somme.
A native of East St. Paul, Manitoba, Bodie had 28 goals and 57 assists in 122 games with Union from 2009-2013.
